It's been a tough year, but while jobs and money may be scarce, one thing we're always rolling in is free games. In years past, it was actually kind of a challenge finding a hundred of the things, but not this time. In fact, there are far too many for this list. Be sure to hit the Freeloader blog for a regular hit of more free and/or independent stuff.
If you somehow have even more free time on your hands, check out the lists from 2006, 2007, and 2008. That's 404 free games (which is, unfortunately, the number a few of the older ones will give you now.) They're all a great way to put off finding a new job, or get fired from your current one.
